Shipping
Australia Post is currently experiencing significant delivery delays due to increased demand and facility closures. For the latest information about delays and impacts please visit www.auspost.com.au
Please allow up to 3-5 working days to process your order. Orders will be sent via Australia Post with tracking. We offer flat rate shipping of $9.30 for domestic orders and you will be notified either by email or text message when your parcel has been shipped. You also have the option to upgrade to express shipping at checkout. Please keep in mind that this does not mean your order will be fast tracked in processing, but the postage itself will be express.

Returns / Exchanges
For hygiene reasons, we are unfortunately unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if there are any issues upon receipt of your order, please contact us as soon as possible via the contact page or kelsey@kdayclay.com.au
